The Honourable Dr. Mayann Francis, O.N.S. former Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia, will host the event which will also include performances, and door prizes

.

Obstetric fistula is a devastating childbirth-derived injury that results from a prolonged and complicated labour. The result is incontinence for the affected women. It is estimated that over two million women and girls suffer from this condition globally, the majority of them living in Sub-Saharan Africa.

 

Tickets are $25 and should be purchased in advance as there is limited space
