Organized By: The ENRICH Project & The Healthy Populations Institute, Dalhousie University

This two-part event will bring together American, Nova Scotian and Canadian experts to discuss the social, political, and health effects of environmental racism, gentrification, policing, renewable energy, climate change, housing, neighbourhood infrastructure, transportation, and other "place-based" concerns in African Nova Scotian and Indigenous communities.

 

Speakers will include affected African Nova Scotian and Indigenous communities, professors, researchers, NGOs, policymakers, and students from the US, Nova Scotia, and other parts of Canada.
