What: Former Lieutenant Governor, the Honourable Mayann Francis will be the guest of the Dalhousie Black Law Student Association.Nova Scotia’s first Black Lieutenant Governor and former CEO of Nova Scotia’s Human Rights Commission. Moderated by Marko Simmonds, President, DBLSA.

Why: To share the story of the First Black Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia to the students of Dalhousie's Schulich School Of Law.

Who is invited: Open to all Dalhousie students, the African Nova Scotian community and the public.

Her Honours memoir, "Maynn Francis: An Honorable Life" will be available for purchase.
