Proclamation by mayor Ben Cleveland; official remarks by government officials; Libation Ceremony; Musical performances by Patrick Jarvis (African drumming), Cam Cromwell (guitar), and anthems by Connie Cromwell. Food, drinks, and cake will be served. This is a free event open to the public.
