This year the African Heritage Month Launch in the Town of Digby will feature art and/or performance by a group of African Nova Scotian High School students, drumming by Pat Jarvis, snacks and refreshments will be served after the ceremony. The mayor of Digby will read the proclamation, and we will have a few special guest speeches.
