The Exhibit features a full color self-guided visual map and promo material that will take you past the homes of politicians, preachers, midwives, merchants, stone masons, sports figures and a stage coach Inn; such as one formerly owned by the Rocks’ (Dwayne Johnsons) great uncle, Mr. Douglas Gay, a successful business man. Retrace the steps of the early Black settlers in the geographical district formerly known as the "Highlands” and experience significant Black history that overlooks beautiful downtown Amherst
