AYGC 2018 Conference

AYGC 2018 Conference

Application for participation in the 10th AYGC 2018 is now opened.

African Nova Scotian Affairs is working with the Youth Bridge Foundation (Ghana), the Black Educators Association of Nova Scotia and a host of other local and international organizations to send a delegation to the 10th annual African Youth and Governance Conference (AYGC) in Ghana in August 2018. The intent is to send 20 young adults ages 18-35 from African Nova Scotian organizations to this gathering.

AYGC is a leadership grooming platform as such participants do not need to have good research, writing and public speaking skills. What is required is the interest!

Please note, 10 successful recipients will be from indigenous African Nova Scotian organizations and 10 from the various African Diaspora associations in Nova Scotia.

Applications will be accepted up to March 30, 2018.
