The Kuumba Cultural Project (2017), brought together community elders and youth to share stories connected to their communities and provided youth the opportunity to illustrate the stories in art form.

The stories that were shared inspired youth to learn more about their local African Nova Scotian communities. We are inviting past participants and community members to come and celebrate the many successes and contributions made to the first project completion. No RSVP required. Light Refreshments are provided. Hope to see you all there!
