Members of the African, Black and Caribbean communities are invited to share their perspective regarding the placement needs of Children in the care of the Minister, who are of African ancestry.  Come learn about the need for foster and adoptive families of African ancestry and share what you think are barriers preventing community members from coming forward to foster/adopt.
